The online shopping market situation of washers: Whirlpool agitator products account for 50%

As people's consumption level and perceptions are changing, online shopping for home appliances has become a new consumption pattern, which has also been accepted by many families. Data showed that as of June 30, China's online retail market transactions reached 754.2 billion yuan, with an increase of 47.3%, accounting 6.8% of the total retail sales of social consumer goods. Among them, the network purchase market of home applicants reached 53 billion yuan, of which washing machines accounted for 1.9 billion yuan in sales.

Whirlpool agitator washing machine products still account for 50%

In the first half of this year, sales of washing machine products reached 140 million units, with an increase of over 150%. Sales amount reached 1.9 billion yuan, with an increase of nearly 200%. Products of 5.6 kg to 6.0 kg become the first choice of consumers, the market share of which has reached 35.3%.

In the overall market of washing machine, impeller pulsator products still account for a major share of the market, accounting for 50%, while the drum washing machine market share accounts for 20%. Insiders pointed out that the competition of washing machine online market will commence between the impeller and the drum, which is also the focus of future competition in the market, and this competition is completely different from offline market. Among various sub brands, the online sales of Haier washing machines are still predominant.
