Visiting process for both venues

Shanghai New International Expo Centre(SNIEC):

1. The following channels can help you complete visitor registration. You can do so through:

2. Please bring your passport to the exhibition site.

 

Shanghai Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone(Eastern Hub IBCZ)exhibition area:

1. Submit your visit registration. You can do so through the following channels:

2. Wait for review

The review time for domestic visitors is approximately 24 hours, and for international visitors, it is approximately 48 hours. Please register in advance and wait for the review results. The registration channel for visitors to the Eastern Hub exhibition area will close at 18:00 on March 11th. Visitors who only register for the Shanghai New International Expo Centre exhibition area will not be able to visit the Eastern Hub exhibition area.

 

3. After approval

Domestic visitors should bring their valid ID and travel pass; international visitors should bring their valid travel document (passport, etc.) and invitation registration certificate to the Shanghai Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone to visit the exhibition area.

 

Tips:

1. Domestic visitors: refers to personnel entering the International Business Cooperation Zone from other regions within the People's Republic of China.

International visitors: This refers to passengers arriving at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on international (regional) flights who do not complete immigration procedures at the airport but instead follow signage to the dedicated lounge in the International Business Cooperation Zone, where they will take a shuttle bus and enter the zone via a dedicated channel.(Passengers arriving at Pudong International Airport from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan and directly entering the zone follow the same procedures as those on the international side.)

 

2. How to Obtain the Personnel Pass: After approval, log in to the Shanghai Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone Integrated Information Management Service Platform      (https://ibcz.pudong.gov.cn/ehub-personal-front/#/home) and download the Personnel Pass from the "My Passes" module.

  

How to Obtain the Invitation Filing Certificate: After approval, log in to the Shanghai Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone Integrated Information Management Service Platform (https://ibcz.pudong.gov.cn/ehub-personal-front/#/home) and download the invitation letter and invitation filing certificate from the "My Passes" module.

 

3. Personnel traveling from the Shanghai Eastern Hub International Business exhibition area to the Shanghai New International Expo Centre exhibition area:

 

3.1 Foreign nationals eligible for visa-free entry/who have already obtained visas can directly exit the area via the international side departure channel on the second floor of the Joint Inspection Hall (those who have completed information collection at the inspection window next to the channel in advance can use the fast track for quick clearance; otherwise, they must use the manual channel);

 

3.2 Foreign nationals not eligible for visa-free entry and who have not yet obtained visas can apply for port visas at the port visa window on the first floor of the Joint Inspection Hall. After completion, they can exit the area via the international side channel on the second floor; Chinese nationals entering the area via the international side departure channel on the second floor can directly exit the area.

 

4. Regulations on items carried into the Shanghai Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone: Domestic personnel entering the zone must carry baggage and items suitable for activities within the zone. Items intended to be taken out of the zone must be registered in advance through the integrated platform as instructed. Duty-free items brought into the zone by overseas personnel are not allowed to be taken out of the zone. Customs, in conjunction with the Administration Bureau, implements classified management for personnel entering and leaving the zone from within China. Customs will verify the items carried by domestic personnel when they leave the zone and handle items from overseas in accordance with the law.

 

Business personnel intending to take items out of the zone with a single item value exceeding RMB 10,000 or a total value exceeding RMB 50,000 (dynamically adjusted) can register them on the integrated platform following the prompts. Security checks upon entry will be conducted on the registered items, and verification will be performed upon confirmation of entry.  Overseas personnel, after checking in and completing their baggage check-in at their overseas airport, can pre-register their checked baggage for entry into the zone on the integrated platform (mobile). The baggage handling service unit of the International Business Cooperation Zone will, based on the baggage registration information, transport the registered baggage to the baggage claim area of the International Business Cooperation Zone via a dedicated baggage shuttle bus after the aircraft arrives at Pudong International Airport.

Airport: Shanghai Pudong International Airport is recommended. Take the Maglev to Longyang Road Station and then transfer to Metro Line 7 to Huamu Road Station.

 

Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station: Take Metro Line 2, transfer to Metro Line 7 at Longyang Road Station, and get off at Huamu Road Station.

 

Shanghai Railway Station: Take Metro Line 1, transfer to Metro Line 2 at People's Square Station, then transfer to Metro Line 7 at Longyang Road Station, and get off at Huamu Road Station. Shanghai South Railway Station: Take Metro Line 1 to Changshu Road Station, transfer to Metro Line 7, and get off at Huamu Road Station.

Location: March 12-14, 2026 / Gate 1, Shanghai Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone

Transportation: Metro Line 2, Haitian Sanlu Station, walk 200 meters to Haitian Sanlu Qihang Road Bus Stop, take Airport Line 8 to Xiaoshan Road Wenju Road (Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone) Station.

 

Taxi drop-off point: Parking lot P1, Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone.

 

By car: Parking at the Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone will be by reservation only. Reservation details will be updated here later.

 

Pudong Airport: After arriving at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on a domestic flight from other parts of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), you need to leave the airport normally and proceed to the Shanghai Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone on your own. You can take a taxi or Airport Bus Line 8. After arriving at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on an international flight from overseas (including Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), you do not need to go through immigration procedures at the airport; just follow the signs to the International Business Cooperation Zone.
