XREAL to Exhibit at AWE 2026’s Eastern Hub IBCZ exhibition area
XREAL, the world’s leading consumer AR glasses brand, will showcase its latest spatial computing products and ecosystem progress at AWE 2026’s Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone (IBCZ) exhibition area, presenting global audiences with next-generation consumer AR innovations and signaling a new chapter in immersive computing experiences.

Founded in 2017 by former engineers from Magic Leap, Google, and AMD, XREAL has rapidly built a global presence across East Asia, North America, Europe, South Asia, and the Middle East, establishing an international ecosystem serving both consumers and developers.
As one of the fastest-growing companies in the global AR industry, XREAL has ranked No.1 in global consumer AR market share for four consecutive years (2022–2025). In Q2 2025, its global shipments grew 113.7% year-over-year, with cumulative shipments surpassing 700,000 units by June 2025. Driven by its strong international performance, XREAL has been recognized on the Forbes Globalization Brand List.

From a technology standpoint, XREAL has pioneered multiple industry-first innovations on the path toward consumer AR adoption. The company has developed industry-leading proprietary spatial perception algorithms and optical engines, and is currently the only AR manufacturer capable of independently developing both spatial computing chips and optical systems. Key breakthroughs include the X1 spatial computing chip, the world’s first chip designed specifically for AR; the X Prism optical engine; and the industry’s only self-developed “retina-level” optical film architecture.

XREAL continues to expand its ecosystem through deep industry collaboration. The company has entered a strategic partnership with Hisense Visual Technology, focusing on joint innovation and global expansion in AR and AI glasses. It has also signed strategic agreements with Longcheer Technology, Jingsheng Mechanical & Electrical (JSG), and North Ocean Photonics, targeting the development of L4-level AI glasses by 2027. In May this year, Google and XREAL jointly unveiled Project Aura, a new-generation AR device that became the first official AR hardware for the Android XR platform, further strengthening XREAL’s role within the global XR ecosystem.
In January 2025, XREAL introduced its latest flagship product, the XREAL One Pro, which officially launched in the Chinese market in July. Representing the company’s highest level of technological innovation to date, the device marks a full transition from a “portable virtual display” to a true consumer-grade spatial computing terminal, delivering system-level upgrades in display, computing, interaction, and ecosystem compatibility. The XREAL One / One Pro series has received multiple international accolades, including recognition as one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2025 and the 2025 Best Technology Breakthrough Award from Fast Company.

The XREAL One Pro features the proprietary X Prism optical engine, delivering an industry-leading 57-degree field of view, expanding visible area by 38%. Powered by the self-developed X1 spatial computing chip, it supports native 3DoF spatial interaction across the entire ecosystem, achieving ultra-low latency of just 3 milliseconds. Users can freely pin and adjust virtual windows in space without external adapters, while built-in gesture recognition enables intuitive interactions such as palm opening and fist clenching.

For audio and visual performance, the device integrates Bose-tuned acoustic components with advanced “far-field noise suppression” technology to minimize sound leakage while enhancing immersion. Paired with the XREAL Eye accessory, the system supports 12MP photo capture and 1080p video recording. On the ecosystem side, the XREAL One Pro connects via USB-C, projecting streaming content onto a virtual display equivalent to 130 inches, while its SDK supports Unity, enabling developers to access 3DoF spatial data and co-create AR applications within XREAL’s growing content ecosystem.
The AR industry is currently transitioning from technological breakthroughs to commercial scalability. According to Counterpoint, global AR smart glasses shipments grew 50% year-over-year in the first half of 2025, signaling accelerating market expansion. As AR emerges as a key enabling technology across the smart device value chain, it is increasingly reshaping the future of consumer electronics.
Against this backdrop, AWE’s enhanced AR showcase reflects a forward-looking response to industry evolution. AWE 2026’s Eastern Hub International Business Cooperation Zone, with its cross-border exhibition capabilities and institutional innovation advantages, will serve as a key gateway connecting global technology innovation.

XREAL’s participation will further strengthen the positioning of the Eastern Hub IBCZ exhibition area as AWE’s Advanced Consumer Electronics Technology Zone, injecting greater technical depth into exhibition areas spanning advanced display, spatial computing, and human–computer interaction. Its presence is expected to attract global technology companies, developers, and investors, reinforcing AWE’s role as a major platform for international innovation exchange.
At AWE 2026, XREAL is set to deliver immersive, scenario-driven demonstrations that showcase the evolution and real-world applications of spatial computing—expanding the boundaries of smart living experiences and redefining how consumers engage with next-generation AR technology.
