Appliance & Electronics World Expo (AWE) will be held inthe Shanghai New International Expo Centre from March 9-12, 2016. Theexhibition then will be more than 100,000 m2, with estimated 600 exhibitors andover 20,000 products. Product categories include: consumer electronics,environmental & healthy appliances, smart products, kitchen & bathappliances, white goods, accessories and components. The number of visitorswill be around 150,000.
AWE, organized by the China Household Electrical AppliancesAssociation (CHEAA), now has more than 20 year history. AWE, together with CESand IFA, are called the three exhibitions of the global appliance &electronics industry.

Smart, the key word for AWE2016
AWE2016 will cover and area of 100,000 m2. Both upstream anddownstream (Mobile Internet, Big Data, Cloud Computing, etc.) firms of smartsystems will come to the exhibition. MIUI, Spotmau, Wulian, GizWits, Broadlinkand many other firms in the smart field, together with appliance manufacturerssuch as Haier and Midea, will show the trends of smart homes. Alibaba andJD.com even will develop smart showrooms integrating the concept and thereality of smart home in an organic way, so that visitors can have a futuresmart family life experience.
