The sales volume in the third quarter decreases 1.6% on year-on-year basis. The stock during National Holidays drives the sales volume in August to turn positive, thus the growth of sales volume in September turns negative again, which indicates that distributors still behave cautiously when taking stock under the environment of wild demand. While on the other hand, the policy of energy conservation subsidy stimulates the large increase of sales volume in last 4 quarters; therefore, under the background of such a high base, it is difficult for the growth of the 4 quarters in this year to get improved.
